Online payments are handled by PayPal, which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy; we only receive the payment confirmation. We also share the minimum necessary with the assigned driver (name, pickup, time, flight, passengers and phone), with our hosting and email providers, and with WhatsApp when you write us there. Some of these providers may process data outside the Dominican Republic. Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and handle any claim, and then for the periods required by Dominican tax and commercial law. Messages and other data are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer needed. You book online by choosing your route, date, time, passengers, vehicle and payment method. Each booking receives a code in the format KRN-XXXXXX. Bookings paid on arrival are confirmed automatically as soon as you submit them. Bookings paid with PayPal are confirmed automatically once PayPal confirms the payment; until then the booking is not confirmed and may be released.Reservas en línea eligiendo ruta, fecha, hora, pasajeros, vehículo y forma de pago. Prices are per private vehicle and route, not per person, and come from our published rate sheet. They are set in US dollars (USD) and include the vehicle, the driver, fuel, tolls and applicable taxes. Passengers above the capacity of the chosen vehicle add the per-person amount shown on the sheet. Amounts shown in other currencies are for reference only. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time and receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are not refundable, because the driver and vehicle are already reserved for you. In a round trip each leg counts separately. Changes to date, time, flight, hotel, passengers or vehicle are free up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability; if the new booking costs more or less, the difference is charged or refunded. With less than 24 hours’ notice we will try to help but cannot guarantee it. It is a no-show when the passenger does not appear at the pickup point — within the included waiting time at the airport, or at the agreed time elsewhere — and has not contacted us. In that case the service is considered provided, the driver may leave and no refund is due. A flight change you did not tell us about counts as a no-show if we cannot locate you.Hay no-show cuando el pasajero no se presenta en el punto de recogida — dentro del tiempo de espera incluido en el aeropuerto, o a la hora acordada en otros lugares — y no nos ha contactado. Each vehicle class is planned for its passengers with standard luggage. Oversized or extra items (golf bags, surfboards, dive gear, strollers, wheelchairs or many suitcases) must be declared in the booking notes; if they do not fit, a larger vehicle at its own fare may be needed. Child seats and boosters are free on request, subject to availability, and must be requested when booking with the children’s ages. Passengers must wear seat belts, follow the driver’s safety instructions and treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Smoking and illegal substances are not allowed on board. Adults are responsible for the children travelling with them. Damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by passengers may be charged. The driver may refuse or stop the service if a passenger’s behaviour puts safety at risk; in that case no refund is due.Los pasajeros deben usar el cinturón de seguridad, seguir las indicaciones de seguridad del chofer y tratar con respeto al chofer y al vehículo. We provide every transfer with professional care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a transfer is limited to the price paid for that transfer, and we are not liable for indirect losses (such as missed flights, tours or hotel nights) caused by circumstances outside our control or by the passenger. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.Prestamos cada traslado con diligencia profesional. Bookings to be paid on arrival have nothing to refund; please still cancel as early as possible. Refunds are made to the original payment method: PayPal payments are refunded to the same PayPal account, for the full amount paid, once the cancellation is confirmed.
